Booking Fee

A booking fee of $10 applies and must be paid at the time of booking or shortly after to ensure a hold on goods. This is non-refundable. If hire has not been pre-arranged, the booking fee is not applicable, however, products may not always be available. The booking fee is also non-refundable if hire is cancelled.

Rates

Port-a-cots	$3 per day
Prams	$3 per day
Car seats	$50 per week and $3 per day thereafter
High chairs	$3 per day

Deposit

The deposit is the cost of the product. This is refunded when the product is returned in the same condition it was hire in, minus the booking fee and the daily hire charge. If the product is damaged there will be no refund and the product belongs to you. If the product is not clean, a $20 fee applies for cleaning.

Pick-up and Returns

Collection is after 2 pm. Returns must be before 12 midday. Extensions may be granted if we are notified of this request 24 hours prior to specified return date. Overdue fees are charged at $5 per day.

Closing times are 4:30 pm Mon-Fri and 1 pm Sat
